EMBERON RESEARCH POLICY
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
Emberon Research is committed to providing a website that is usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target while we continue testing and improving the site.
1. Our Accessibility Target
We aim to design and maintain customer-facing web content in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes our target and ongoing work; it is not a claim that every page or third-party resource has been independently certified as fully conformant.
Accessibility is considered alongside security, privacy, performance, and responsive design when the site is updated.
2. Measures We Use
Our accessibility work includes keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, meaningful labels for interactive controls, semantic headings and landmarks, responsive zoom and reflow, sufficient touch targets, and support for reduced-motion preferences where practical.
We also review forms, account flows, navigation, product information, checkout, and support surfaces for understandable instructions and error handling.
3. Documents and Third-Party Content
Some laboratory documents, legacy PDFs, or third-party content may have accessibility limitations that are outside the normal HTML experience.
If you encounter a document or third-party resource that is difficult to use, contact us and we will try to provide the relevant information or an accessible alternative where reasonably available.
4. Feedback and Assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email support@emberonresearch.com and describe the page, feature, or document involved and the accessibility issue you encountered.
We review accessibility feedback as part of our ongoing maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to investigate and address verified barriers.
