EMBERON RESEARCH POLICY

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how Emberon Research handles cancellations, refunds, failed payments, and order issues. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Payments and Failed Transactions

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Some payment methods, including certain digital-asset transactions, may be irreversible after they are submitted to the applicable network or provider.

Orders are reviewed after payment confirmation. If payment is incomplete, expired, failed, underpaid, sent using an unsupported method or network, or otherwise cannot be confirmed, the order may not be processed.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once an order is released to fulfilment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be available.

Emberon Research may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, appear fraudulent, violate site policies or applicable requirements, or cannot be processed by the applicable payment or fulfilment provider.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on order status, payment status, fulfilment status, the nature of the issue, applicable law, and any non-refundable third-party fees that were actually incurred.

Where a refund is approved, the available refund method may depend on the original payment method and the capabilities of the applicable provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there is an issue with an order, customers should contact support promptly with the order number, photos if applicable, and a clear description of the problem.

After review, Emberon Research may provide an appropriate resolution such as replacement, refund, credit, or another remedy consistent with the order record and applicable requirements.

5. Requests and Consumer Rights

Submitting a refund request does not by itself guarantee a particular outcome. Requests are reviewed using the order, payment, fulfilment, tracking, and support records available to us.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that applies by law and cannot be waived by contract.
